I have to say the mexicans!. I love hot and spicy mexican dishes!. It's five in the morning my time and i am going to bed on a belly full of two tortillas filled with refried beans cheese and pace picante sauce!.

Must be the Indians, since most of the spices came from the East in the first place, including those lovely Mexican spices!.
But on the other hand, Mediterranean food is also great and I love Japanese food too!. Then of course that old burger is still top rated, though of course it didn't come from the US at first!. also love German food, few things beat eisbein with sauerkraut and buttered potatoes!. Hmm, difficult question really and I'm sure the answers will differ according to taste!. I honestly think almost every race and culture have at least one or two dishes that's really excellent!.
