You'd have to be very hungry to eat mice like the ones we have here, as there's not much to them!. I've read that Chinese people who catch rats in their house would cook them and serve it as "house deer"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Have not heard specifically about Cambodians munching on mice but very probable since neighbouring countries like Thailand & Vietnam also eat mice!. This is not uncommon in agricultural countries as a means of pest eradication to prevent rats & mice eating grain crops in the fields!. As you're from India, it's also common in the rice fields & some rat catchers like the Irula tribe have been doing this for a long time!. The captured rodents are both meant for the market and their own cooking pots!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
