Spanish Chorizo?!

Question: Spanish Chorizo!?
Hello, I need to get some spanish chorizo for tapas that I'll be cooking, but I do not seem to find anywhere in Atlanta a place that sell them!. I even tried the Dekalb Farmers market and I did not find it, I only find mexican chorizo and different types of sausages, but none of them are even similar to the texture and particular flavor of the Spanish chorizo!.

Any suggestions!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
No doubt your talking about "Black Hoof" chorizo!.
If your having a hard time finding them there's good reasons!.
The FDA just allowed them back in this country about a year ago!.

Companies that distribute them ( such as Crystal Food Imports) can't get enough of them to supply Boston and NY( where the demand is the biggest)!.
You can get some domestic Spanish Chorizo( some are pretty good) but the one you want is made from the famous Iberico pig!.
Nothing better on the market!.
You may want to call them and see who they distribute to in your area!.
maybe they can even mail some to you!.
It's well worth the trouble!.

I'll find the number( or the site)!.

Here u go
