Lamb Shawarma Nutritional Information?!

Question: Lamb Shawarma Nutritional Information!?
Recently, a middle-eastern restaurant open near me and I've been hooked on their lamb shawarma - I just can't get enough of it!

Since I've been eating there the past few weeks, I've been a little concerned about how healthy it really is (fat/cholesterol/calories/etc)!. Should I just go to a steak place an order a 28oz Ribeye instead!?!!!?

The dish I usually eat is lamb shawarma consisting of shaved lamb, little bit of onions, rice, seasonings!. Sometimes I'll get a small crushed lentil soup on the side!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I used to work at a place with a shwarma restaurant right across the street so I share your!.!.!.um!.!.!."pain" on how addictive it is! I always get the chicken though; they didn't have lamb!. But bottom line, the shwarma itself is a lot healthier than the steak!. The tehini sauce (I know I spelled that wrong) is actually a detox ingredient, much like how Japanese green tea can help you detox your body!. also, if you really think about it, Western and west European foods aren't as healthy as the rest of the world!. Now get away from the computer and go have one!.!.!.for the both of us!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just enjoy!. Your overthinking it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
