Question: Why is Shmurah Matzah sold in stores so burnt and overbaked!?
Tiferet brand!.!.!.I don't mind and like it but it's SO burnt!. I thought it was just my batch but whoever's home I've had it at this year is also burnt!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Halachic prohibition of only a few minutes to add water and bake Matzah and prevent rising means ovens are set quite high to facilitate rapid cooking!.
