There is no major or popular Turkish food which contains chicken, bread and yoghurt at the same time!.
The possibilities are:
1- I think what you ate was a d?ner sandwich kebap made with chicken with tartar or yoghurt sauce!.
Normally in Turkey they do not use any sauce let alone yoghurt inside their d?ner sadwiches!. But since you've eaten this food outside Turkey, then its very possible that they used yoghurt as a sauce!.
2- It might also be a different version of iskender kebap made with chicken instead of lamb!. Iskender kebap is served with little bread pieces, tomato sauce and yoghurt!. But for your information, its proper version is made with lamb not with chicken!.
3- The last possibility is ?erkez tavu?u which is Circassian chicken!. It is poached chicken with wallnut sauce!. But no yoghurt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
