To the person who asked the question what is it!.!. It is the method used by Muslim to slaughter the animal for eating!. Halal, meaning; the animals throat is cut, while someone holds it, or it is harnessed so it can't move, and the blood is completely drained out of it!. Not shot first and then the blood drained!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
