Question: What is the name of this mexican snack sold on the streets!?!? lol!?
ok they are like chips but not really!. some where round and some where square and you could put hot sauce on it!. they where in just a regular bag and i know they sell them at the stores but you have to go home and cook them or frie them!. they are yellow!. and i bought mine off the street from a guy in the cart selling ice cream! does anyone know what they are!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

there made out flour and are called cueritos,you can buy them in the store already made to!. i love them with the yellow labeled valentina cause the black labeled one is hot!.from what i know chicharones are the meat off the pig when its killed in your back yard and fried a certain way!.ive heared them be called quite a few things like duros or durritos sometimes to!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

a true chicharon is the pork rind ( skin ) fried till crispey delicious the good ones have a layer of meat those are great for tacos ,and a good salsa (s ) along side mmmmmmmmmm
you can even buy those for the microwave -same as popcorn !
i recommend the red devil (louisiana )brand or the el toro hot sauce theeeeeeeey're goooooooood with the stuff !!
