What are some Latin American dishes under these catagories, and what are they made of?!
So I have this Spanish project and I need to do a menu of Latin American dishes one would find in a Latin restauraunt!. I must have at least 5 dishes in each catagory!. I also need to write under them what they are made of!. For example, Arroz con pollo would be a spicy rice dish with roasted chicken or whatever!.
I'm not asking for all the dishes, but some suggestions would be nice!. So the catagories are:

drink!.!. my favorite is agua de jamica which is hibiscus petals in water!.!.!.almost like kool-aid but better and good for ur body!.!. so its just water, as much sugar u want in the water and let the petals bath until the water is dark blood red!.!.!.
