if you have stored it in refrigerator!.!.!.then u can use it!.!.!.!.!.but if u are using it to make pakoras!.!.!.then ur pakoras might not turn out crisp!.!.!.!.besan does not expire for an year if u have not bought the packed company's besan pwoder(which is very refined and contains additives)!.!.!.!.if you have pure besan powder (not a branded one)!.!.!.!.!.then use it!.!.!.!.!.!.if not i would suggest dont use it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes you can just check no weavels,unlikely but possible!!In future store it in the fridge or even freezer,in an AIRTIGHT container and it will last for a long time,especially from the freezer,you can use it for even 6 months after expiry date!Www@FoodAQ@Com
