I'd go with either a Chinese chicken salad or sauteed bok choy and garlic!.

Bok choy - wash well, cut into 3" lengths, heat up some 1 T!. of oil or so, add chopped garlic, add the bok choy, sautee and add a dash of garlic salt!. It's delicious and simple!.

Chinese chicken salad - chop head lettuce and won bok (some people add some sliced cabbage), add some cooked shredded chicken, top with garnishes such as Chinese parsley, sliced green onions, wun tun strips, wun tun pi chips, or char siu!.

Asian chicken salad dressing or Asian dressing can be found in your supermarket, or email me, I'll email you a recipe for the dressing!.
