"Unagi" or eel is rather pricey if they're good quality and oily!. I think you'll find unagi in your Asian supermarket!. Avocados are commonly found in your grocery store!. Why not make a CA roll using imitation crab and avocado instead!.!.!.!.!. still tastes delicious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
