Can anybody recommend a recipe for thin cut milanesa please and thank you?!
Answers:
CUT INTO YHIN STRIPS,
chop 1- med onion
3-jalapeno peppers
1-bell pepper
3-roma tomato or 1 -big un
2-cloves garlic 1/4 cup oil
2-3 cups water
in a large skillet heat oil and sautee veggies
add meat strips and continue till browned
add water to cover mixture salt and pepper to taste simmer till a nice saucy gravey coats meat ( not thick ok ! )
serve over steamed rice or noodles !
i also like to litely bread and fry ( schnietzel style )Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you mean "cotoletta alla Milanese" = same as veal cutlet!? A breaded veal cutlet!.
