A typical and traditional Saudi breakfast can have variations depending on the region of Saudi Arabia where one is from… well, like every part of the world!.
I would usually have and serve kaavah (Arabic coffee) and dates…
Saudi breakfasts are usually served with items on a variety of small plates and bowls!. These items can include olives, differing soft cheeses, honey, helwa (traditional soft Saudi sweet), homemade jams (my favorite is made with apricot and oranges), fuhl, dahl, eggs (or Shashukah – which is a Saudi variation of scrambled eggs) and of course fresh hot bread… :) yummm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

for breakfast us australians normally just eat toast, cereal like vitabrits, nutrigrain etc, or have eggs on toast!. if you go out to a restaurant for brekky you would have something like eggs benedict, or pancakes, or anythign with egg, bacon, ham etc!. we are dissimiliar to the US in that we dont really have that much fatty/sugary foods for breakface like waffles, bagels, pancakes etc!. for the average person they are just a special occassion if go out for brekky!. and McDonalds is just crap!. why would anyone eat that cardboard ****

but ppl who dont really eat breakfast normally just get a coffee to go or yogurt or muslie or somethingWww@FoodAQ@Com

Well if you were raised in St!. Lucia (part of the Caribbean) and you were raised in the countryside, you would most likely be having what we call bakes (basically dough flattened out and fried) filled with cheese/salted cod/herring and cocoa tea (sorta like hot chocolate but made from real cocoa, spices, and milk etc!.) Other developed parts of St!. Lucia are similar to what people in the US have, ie cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage etc!. Hope that helps! :DWww@FoodAQ@Com
