Never heard of Gua Ba!. Only heard of 'Ba Gua', which is thin slices of tender marinated compressed pork grilled BBQ-style!. It's a delicious Chinese savoury delicacy that tastes slightly sweet (similar to char siew sauce), but certainly not sweet & sour!.
