Indian food doesnt have alot of sodium per se, but stay away from Indian pickles (achaars) --- they are packed with sodium!.

Of course, if you make Indian food at home you can control the salt content!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes indian food does have salt!.!.but not as much as oyster sauce and soya sauce used in chinese!.!.!.no food in particular can avoid salt!. Salt from ancient times!.!.!.is a part of our diet!.!.if you have to reduce it!.!.u have to do it by reducing your diet!.!.intake of it, as in fatty foods!.!.junk foods, sauces!.!.french fries!.!.!.anything!.!.!.its got nothing to do with indian or chinese!.!.sodium!.!.i assume is salt!.!.!.!.has to be reduced all by urself!.!.!.by cuttiing out items which really ''NEED'' salt!.!.!.
