My first choice is shrimp fried rice - but the shrimps must be fresh (not the frozen ones) + good quality char siu (roasted pork) + egg + Thai Jasmine long gain rice + green onions!

My favorite is chicken fried rice but if there are big chunks of chicken in there I don't eat them!. I just like the flavor the chicken gives the rice!.

I know you didn't ask, but fried rice dishes were started in America to satiate our love for fried foods!. Me, I insist on steamed white rice, sometimes flavored with a little soy sauce or the juices from whatever entree I am having!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
