Question: What are kind of spices and seasonings are used in spicy Thai chicken basil (other than basil)!?
I want to learn how to make it at home, but am confused about the seasonings!. The most important seasoning seems to be this spice that looks like little dried out red flecks!. They're really, really hot!. Any guesses as to what it is!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
