What is a bento box and how does one make it?!


Question: What is a bento box and how does one make it!?
I'm not even sure, but I've been seeing alot of my friends mention them and my guess is it has to do with cooking somehow!?

It is Japanese!. I don't think it has to do with the way it is cooked, it is simply different japanese foods in a little tray!.
