Lol!.!.!.!.
If you take ANYTHING, and sprinkle it with lime juice, salt, and hot sauce, you're eating a mexican recipe!

My husband does that with the following things(he is from jalisco mexico):
Cueros en escabeche (sliced pig skins in vinegar),
Sliced, peeled cucumber!.
Fish and shellfish
fresh fruit
Raw oysters
chicharrones (fried pork rinds)
Ramen noodles
Corn

If you have a way to keep this hot, here's a great idea!.!.!.this is served all over mexico, by street vendors, or people who sell food on the beaches:
Make corn on the cob!.
spread it with sour cream!.
roll it in parmesean cheese!.
sprinkle it with dried hot pepper
sprinkle it with lime juice
Eat it!.!.!.!.it is usually sold on a stick so you can hold it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
