a 16 oz serving has about 650 calories!. That's a pretty big serving!. Calorie estimates are very rough because places will have different ways of preparing it!.

it can vary- but in general, the beef will be oil-blanched, that is, fried briefly in oil!. The sauce has a lot of oil and sodium in it as well!. One can make a healthy version of this at home - use a non-stick pan and cook the beef in a small amount of vegetable oil!. For the sauce, use low-sodium soy sauce thickened with a cornstarch solution!. Most chinese restaurants are not concerned with (your) health - they deep fry everything because they have to get the food out to your table quickly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
