My homemade chicken and dumpling soup, Boil a whole chicken, take off the bone and throw bone and skin away!. Break up chicken and place back in pot Season with salt and pepper, I like to add a little parsley flakes!.!. Then put 3 cups of flour in a bowl, add a dash of salt, stir then add 2 eggs, stir then start adding milk until it will form a ball!. then on wax paper or foil or just your counter top place a hand full of flour then put half of your dough in the center, then put some flour on your hands and start flatting it out!. If you have a Rollin pin ,you can roll it out!. Make pretty flat!. Then cut your strips for your dumplings!. You can use a knife or do like me and use a pizza cutter, it's faster!. mix Bisquick, eggs(2), melted butter, and milk together!. have a pot of boiling chicken broth ready on the stove!. take a teaspoon of dough and drop into the boiling broth!. let boil for about 5-6 minutes!. take one out to test for doness!. add a few seasonings and dinner is done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
