I visited Parma some time ago!.It's not far from me as i'm in South Switzerland!.Get fresh Parmigiano Reggiano (cheese)some Culatelo,some prosciutto (ham),the best in Italy and some wine of course!.I!.g,the Lambrusco!.
Parma and Reggio Emilia have good cooks,it's a tradition!. they're experts in cooking!.
Aceto Balsamico is a famous vinegar of Parma (and Modena)
Luciano Pavarotti was born in Modena in 1935!.
