Here are some suggestions!. All of the links to recipes are recipes that I use and make often!.

Main courses:
Chicken Saltimbocca- chicken cutlet with prosciutto and sage in a wine sauce Here's a good recipe: http://www!.foodnetwork!.com/food/recipes/!.!.!. There is no need to do the deep frying of the sage leaves- just leave that part out!.

Veal Marsala- veal cutlet, sauteed in marsala wine with mushrooms or Veal Piccata- veal cutlet, sauteed in white wine with lemon, butter and capers

Shrimp Scampi -garlic, oil & white wine sauce, served over angel hair pasta Here's a good and very easy recipe: http://www!.recipezaar!.com/41992

Pasta- Lasagne or spagetti & meatballs or Pasta Carbonara I use this recipe except I use a half a pound of this spaghetti instead of the rigatone!. It is more authentic with the spaghetti!. or Baked Ziti http://www!.recipezaar!.com/94978

Appetizers:
Bruschetta http://www!.recipezaar!.com/44232
caprese salad- mozzerella with tomatoes & basil
stuffed mushrooms
stuffed artichokes
antipasti platter- assorted meats (prosciutto, sopersata, salami, mortadella) assorted cheeses (Parmigiano-Reggiano, provolone, asiago) roasted red peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, olives
arancini - Italian stuffed rice balls http://www!.italianfoodforever!.com/iff/ne!.!.!.

Desserts:
tiramisu
biscotti
pana cotta
gelato
cannoli

This is a good Italian recipe website!. It will give you lots of ideas!. I have made several of the recipes on this site and enjoyed them!. http://www!.italianfoodforever!.com/iff/re!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Italian starters are called "antipasti" and they can be almost anything!. A plate with cheeses, meats and olives could be one!. My favorite is the caprese salad-slice mozzarella, basil, sliced tomato, olive oil and salt!. most Italian restaurants have something called a fritto misto- this is a mixture of fried little appetizers like mozzarella, fries, rice balls, fried dough balls with seaweed, and all other sorts of fried goodies!.

The next course was always a pasta!. Any pasta will do!.

Then meats- steak and potatoes, fish, etc

Then a salad would come- it was weird to me to have salad after all this heavy food- but very refreshing!.

Desserts- gelato, tiramisu, chocolate lava cake- these are all that I remember having!.

You probably wont be able to replicate this, but hopefully you can gather some inspiration!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
