ricaito,and sofrito, adobo, sazon,corriander(dry or fresh), cumin, these are some spices and mohito or mojo,(pronounced moho) and salsa picante', these are some spices, sauces, and seasonings used in carribean spanish cuisine, i know some reciepes, but i don't actually know how to make them pertain to the questions!. sorry, i hope this at least helps a little!. good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
