Dinner is meat/potatoes/vegatables, they make meatballs called 'frikadeller' veg: Leeks, kale, cabbage, carrots, beets, celeriac The Danes also are big on Cheese with types called Tybo (carroway seeds) Danbo, Havarti, Danish St Paulin, Crema Dania, Danish Blue don't forget the Danish Pastry that is now worldwide!.
