Answers:
I'll stick with the ones that might be mysterious!.

Beef wellington: Beef tenderloin roasted in puff pastry with a layer of mushrooms, sometimes fois gras too, but probably not here (price is too low)!. Very yummy!. Only order it if you like medium rare!. Would probably be bad with well done beef!.

Veal marsala is small pieces of veal cooked in a rich, somewhat sweet, brown wine sauce, also usually with mushooms!. The sauce is like a gravy!.

Meditteranian stuffed chicken breast will probably be stuffed with garlicky spinach and feta

For the pasta section:
Pommodoro sauce is a simple, fresh tomato sauce

Gnocchi are small, tender, chewy italian dumplings made from potato and boiled!. With the cream sauce this will be somewhat rich!.

Tortellini is like very small, donut shaped ravioli!. Carbonara sauce is a VERY rich, creamy, cheesy (white), bacony sauce enriched with egg!.

The penne pesto caprese will be tubular pasta with a light sauce of basil, garlic and oil It sounds like it will also contain fresh tomato and probably fresh mozzerella (caprese)!.

RIssotto di giorno will be a special, wet creamy rice dish!. "of the day" (will vary) Risotto is much better than it sounds!. Worth trying!.

Have fun! I'd go with the gnocchi or tortelini if you want something really rich and decadent!. The penne if you want something lighter but still packed with flavor (and if you want to squeeze in apps and dessert)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yummm, this menu makes me hungry!. I would select something light before dancing!. The meat and Italian dishes sound heavy (and expensive)!. Salad, chicken, or salmon would be good!. All the House Specialties are Italian pasta dishes which will make you sluggish!. If you choose the Angus beef, rabbit, venison (which is deer), you might not like the flavor unless you're used to eating it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It looks like you are in for a treat!. Since you already have your descriptions, I will tell you what I would order!.
Because the entree comes with a salad I would definitely consider starting with the Soup of the Day, Beef Wellington and the Tiramisu for dessert!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
