Answers:
I think Adduki beans are, and i know blueberries are!. I think strawberries are too!. Most fruit and vegetables, eaten in their purest form are 'super foods' !.

I eat a lot of blueberries, especially when i'm feeling a bit down - better than chocolate (Well, health wise anyway)
Packed with antioxidants and phytoflavinoids, these berries are also high in potassium and vitamin C, making them the top choice of doctors and nutritionists!. Not only can they lower your risk of heart disease and cancer, they are also anti-inflammatory!.

I have heard the rule is the darker the berry, the more antioxidants they have!.

And fish too, for that good omega 3 stuff wild rather than farmed fish like salmon,mackerel (love that stuff!) herrings, trout etc!. Tends to be from more cold water fish

Oats are too, and whole grains!.

* Beans
* Blueberries
* Broccoli
* Oats
* Oranges
* Pumpkin
* Salmon
* Soy
* Spinach
* Tea (green or black)
* Tomatoes
* Turkey
* Walnuts
* Yogurt

The heat source in chilis, capsaicin, is an antioxidant!. Contains blood thinning properties to prevent strokes, lowers cholesterol, protects DNA against carcinogens, may stimulate release of endorphins ("natural high" chemicals)

Hope you had a good break:) xx

Wiki has a list of superfoods!. http://en!.wikipedia!.org/wiki/Superfoods

I would consider Quinoa (pronounced KEEN-wa) a superfood or a super grain!.

Quinoa was of great nutritional importance in pre-Columbian Andean civilizations, being secondary only to the potato, and followed in third place by maize!. In contemporary times this crop has come to be highly appreciated for its nutritional value, as its protein content is very high (12%–18%)!. Unlike wheat or rice (which are low in lysine), quinoa contains a balanced set of essential amino acids for humans, making it an unusually complete food!. It is a good source of dietary fiber and phosphorus and is high in magnesium and iron!. Quinoa is gluten free and considered easy to digest!. Because of all these characteristics, quinoa is being considered as a possible crop in NASA's Controlled Ecological Life Support System for long-duration manned spaceflights!. http://en!.wikipedia!.org/wiki/QuinoaWww@FoodAQ@Com

Edamame (soy beans)!. Edamame are one of the only vegetables to contain all nine essential amino acids which makes it a complete protein source!. Quinoa is also great, but it has already been mentioned!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
