Whats makes a good burrito?!

Question: Whats makes a good burrito!?
you can put meat and beans and rice but it doesnt taste right!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
My favorite burrito recipe is any recipe that had good, simple ingredients!.

I recommend taking out the rice (a lot of times it just is not good), and a ratio of beans to beef of 1 can for 2 pounds of beef!. I like to mix the beans and beef together, then place onto homemade tortillas (really easy to make) with some diced tomatoes or a salsa!. And, if you want, some sour cream (about a tablespoon)!.

Simple and delicious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

DIRECTIONS

1!. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat!. Add the onion, and cook until tender, stirring frequently!. Stir in rice, and season with cumin and 3/4 teaspoon of garlic salt!. Cook and stir until the rice is lightly toasted, about 5 minutes!. Pour in the chicken broth and the diced tomatoes!. Bring to a boil, then cover and cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, until all of the liquid has been absorbed!.
2!. In a small saucepan, stir together the refried beans, 3/4 teaspoon of garlic salt, and black pepper!. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until heated through!.
3!. Place shrimp in a bowl, and stir in garlic until shrimp is coated!. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, and coat with cooking spray!. Saute shrimp until heated through and lightly browned!.
4!. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, and chipotle peppers until smooth!. Refrigerate until ready to use!.
5!. Place about 1/4 cup of cheese onto each warm tortilla!. Then place about 1/2 cup of shrimp on the cheese!. Top with 1/4 cup of beans, and 1/4 cup of rice!. Spread on about a tablespoon of the chipotle sauce, and salsa to taste!. Roll up, and serve!.

I brown ground beef, drain and add garlic, onion, tomato, salt and pepper!.
Or, I melt some bacon fat add pinto beans fry up a little then smash them until they are smooth!. Spread on a tortilla(home made is better!.!.!.) and roll up and enjoy!.
It is true what they say about less being better!. To many ingredients only changes the real taste of the burrito!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I ground up meat put in a can of Ranch Style beans for the flavoring, rice, avacado, lettuce, tomato, a little cilantro, diced onions (if I am in the mood for onions), and cheddar cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It can taste right only if you add spices to the what ever your going to stuff the burrito with!. Or if you don't use spices , I guess try adding some bought salsas, or salt to the burritos!.Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
