Fresh spring asparagus with a light olive oil dressing is PERFECT with Prawn and lemon risotto!.!.!.A few sliced fresh tomatoes on the plate will not only look great (COLORS!) but provide contrast of flavors!.!.!.Fresh parsley, lemon slices and things like good black olives strewn on the platter will make you look brilliant without adding too much complexity to a good entree!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
