Curries with coconut milk, we keep several different types of curry pastes and powders in the pantry, with a can of tomatoes and a can of coconut milk and lots of fresh veg and chicken/beef/pork/lamb you can whip one up while the news is on and make some fresh fluffy white rice in 15 mins!. Really good the next day zapped in the microwave!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Italian-I make eggplant parmesan, veal parmagiano, lasagna,
spaghetti

Chinese-Fried rice, Stir Fry
Thai-Pad thai
Carribean-Jerk chicken, curry dishes, and fried plantain
American (South)-cornbread, greens, chicken livers

Greek My mom has a good friend who is Greek and we recently went over to her house for a birthday party and everything was made from scratch OMG it was awesome!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I make Mexican food every day here in my house!. The other foods I make are Chinese and Italian!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chinese (Cantonese and Hong Kong)!.

The reason that I like Hong Kong food is because it is a mix of east and west!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
