You might need to get these numbers yourself!. You could use several tools to do this
1) The number of Italian restaurants in various cities!. You would need counts from the beginning time period to today!.
2) Easier to come by would be the sales and profits and stock price of various public companies selling Italian food products!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
