2!. Nigiri - Finger Sushi!. Any selection of fresh fish or seafood sliced and placed on a rice morsal!. This type of sushi usually is eaten in one bite!.
3!. Maki - Cut Roll!. Now there is Futomaki (Thick Roll) and Hosomaki (Small Roll)!. Futomaki has a variety of ingredients included, therefore the roll tends to be a bit bigger!. With that said, their chefs tends to prepare their sushi bigger in size, because lack of proper training!. Keep in mind, Japan cuisine is suppose to be simple, small, great variety, but yet elegant!.
