Help! Making traditional spanish almond ice cream!?!
Ok so for school i'm making traditional spanish almond ice cream!. The recipe calls for one cinnamon stick!. Do i leave the cinnamon stick whole, then remove it later, or grind it up!?

Yes, leave the cinnamon stick in there!. Then take it out later!. I do the same for the rice pudding!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You need to remove the cinnamon stick!. It is there only to impart flavour and aroma!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
