Kimchee: has anyone ever made it? is it much trouble?!

Check my note, and as for fish sauce it is optional, but a bit of worchester sauce is fine to, I buy a korean chili paste here in Canada, but can give you a recipe for it if you want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It is not hard, but takes time to ferment!. If you are going to look up the recipe, I am sure you will get a list of ingredients!. If you want a really really easy way, look for NOH seasoning products, which has a Kimchee seasoning packet!. Just follow the recipe!. It is quite good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
