Answers:
Raw shrimp is generally has a grayish/translucent appearance although that can vary depending on the type of shrimp and the waters from which they were fished!. Cooked shrimp are going to turn pink on the outside and have a white fleshy meat center!. They will not be translucent!. Note: It only takes three to five minutes to cook shrimp, else they will be rubbery!. A chef's nightmare!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
