Can I substitute Aji-Mirin for Shaohsing?!
My recipe calls for Chinese rice wine (Shaohsing) but all I have is Aji-Mirin, which is a Japanese Sweet cooking rice wine!. Can I use that instead!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
