Leaves of Cauliflower is eatable one or not? If it is so, what kind of food can be prepared?!

The leaves are also good in various kinds of soups!. Just make sure you cut them in bite size !. I have fried sliced Polish sausage with the leaves & onions adding garlic & black pepper!. Pretty good for a side dish!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I remove the rough outer leaves but I use the inner more tender young leaves in stir frys!. You are right, they are full of fiber!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
