Chiles Escobeche:

Bag of pickling spices:
Includes
Bay leaf
Oregano
Salt
Pepper Corns

Red or white wine vinegar or just plain white vinegar if you are in a pinch!. (probably a cup will do ya if you are making about two cups of Escobeche!.)

Sliced Jalape?os (and serranos if you like Hot Carro's, Se?or!.)
Sliced Carrots

Couple of teaspoons of sugar

Mix up your spices, vinegar, and sugar!. Put in vegetables!. Let sit overnight or longer in the refrigerator!.

Jalepeno Cheddar Bread! Yum! Jalepeno jelly is good too!. Cook them in eggs, add them to a sandwich, eat them straight out of the bottle, make some nachos!. That did it!.!.!. now I need to make some bread!. Troublemaker! ;)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like Jalapeno jelly!. The recipe is usually on the package of fruit pectin!.
