Chinese, not Chinese American , first!.- Italian!. real Italian, especially Sicilian, not northern, next, The real Mexican, not tex=mex, third -and some times- some dishes -first!. Some other cuisines, not all, have a small number of good dishes!. There are others that rank at the very bottom having nothing edible or tasty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I'm going to say Indian food!. Though I go gaga over a bowl of fresh ramen, melt at the sight of dumplings, and love a good caprese salad, there is something so ridiculously satisfying about Indian food that I simply cannot convey it through words!.
Spicy, salty, sour, sweet, crunchy, crispy, chewy, creamy!.!.!.it has everything!. And oh how it changes throughout the country, but never seems to lose the delicious factor!.
The way that spices can work together and bring out the best in each other is just magic!. The way you can transform vegetables into glorious, glorious things is just amazing!. Hing (english name: asafoetida), for example, is horribly bitter on its own, and just a little too much in a dish and the entire thing is rendered inedible!. And yet, without it, something is missing in your dish!. It boosts the other spices, and everything tastes so much better!.
And Indian food is an art!. It's very, very time consuming!. And you know someone loves you if they're willing to spend hours upon hours to make a single dish like chheero, baingan bharta, pakoda kadhi, rusgulla, etc!. from scratch, like so many Indian mothers and grandmothers do against the ticking clock!. I mean honestly, what is jalebi if not a true work of genius!? Even something so simple as /chapati/rotli/bhakri/naan with achar/athaanu/chatni can be satisfying, because there is so much flavor!. Something could be so spicy it brings tears to your eyes, but you can't stop yourself because it just tastes so damn good!.
You can buy boxed curry powder!. You can go to your supermarket and they'll have "naan bread" there!. But real Indian food, and the most delicious Indian food, is nothing short of a miraculous art-form!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

But all three are pretty close - they have very unique flavors and textures and are just amazing foods, and cultures!.

This is too subjective depending on, your personal tastes, whatever you're in the mood for and who's cooking it!. The truth is, a four star restaurant or someones Grandma from the old country, could knock anyone of these out of the park on any given day!.
