How do I take the heat out of a Vindaloo curry that I just finished making?!

Question: How do I take the heat out of a Vindaloo curry that I just finished making!?
Answers:
Cut some large pieces of cooked potato and add it into the dish!. It almost always tones down the heat!. At the same time, be sure to check for seasonings again because potatoes can seemingly suck the salt out of a dish too!.

Serve the dish with rice, and perhaps yogurt on the side so people can mix it in if necessary!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You just finished cooking > > > your done!.!.!.!! toss it!.!.!.
But
You can divide it in half and freeze one!.!.
then make another and leave the curry and pepper and chilli and other hot stuff OUT!.!. But That may not work either!.!.
