This one I know!. It's one of my favorites!. Take the pieces and put in a baking pan!. Add itilian dressing ,salt, pepper,!. cover with foil!. Let it cook at 300' for about 2 hours!. It is great!. All sticky and gooey!. Finger licking!. All you need is a side of rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cut up some ginger, onion, garlic!.
Cook it a bit in oil!.!. until you can smell it!. !.
Add the cut up turkey!.!. brown it a bit!.!.
Add soy sauce!. I would say one cup!. Stir it!.
Same amount of white vinegar!. Pour it in the middle, dont stir or it will be sour!. Let it boil a for a few minutes, until its not sour!.!. And then stir it!.!.
Let it cook!.!.
Eat it with steamed rice!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
