yes, rose blossom water!.!. we use it in making our sugar syrup we pour over pastries!.!.
you dont have to use it!.!. you could just make sugar syrup with a little lemon juice or vanilla flavoring in the end product instead of rose water!. its just all to your taste preference!. some arab housewives use orange blossom water instead!. its all how you want it to taste in the end!.!. you dont need it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Attar of roses is a pale yellow oil distilled from fresh rose petals!.It is produced in Morocco & Turkey!. 4 kilos of roses produce 1 gram of attar so it is expensive!.

Just look for Rose Water in ethnic food stores, but Sainsburys sells it under the brand The English Provender Co!., it's in the baking section and costs £1!.11 for 150ml!.
