Attar of roses is a pale yellow oil distilled from fresh rose petals!.It is produced in Morocco & Turkey!. 4 kilos of roses produce 1 gram of attar so it is expensive!.

Just look for Rose Water in ethnic food stores, but Sainsburys sells it under the brand The English Provender Co!., it's in the baking section and costs ￡1!.11 for 150ml!.
