you could make a tortilla which in spain is sort of an egg omlette made with onions or cebollas and potatoes or papas!. its really easy to make and you can find it anywhere in spain!. tapas are not any appetizer you'd find in the US, instead in spain you would order 3 tapas as your meal 3 little tastes of three different things!. they could be seafood, croquettas, tortilla, y mas!. people go to bars late at night like 11 and order their tapas and a drink for dinner!. spent some time in spain for my birthday last yearWww@FoodAQ@Com
