I make veggie ones quite often, I normally just have shreaded cabbage, bits of tofu and spring onions!. To make it just mix flour and water together, let it rise for a bit, then roll out segments of the mixture, put in the filling and seal it, then cook a little bit in oil, then depending on if you want them steamed or not add water to the pan and put a lid on it!. If not just continue to cook in the oil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
