Thai food--I'm entering a contest "so you think you can cook"?!
Hi!. I'm going to enter this contest at the place where I take cooking classes!. You come with your own ingredients, cook in front of and serve judges!. You may bring meat that is already cooked (or marinated) for time reasons!. My home "specialty' is Thai food and I have tons of authentic recipes, but I can't decide!! I am allowed one large dish or bowl for serving each person and 45 minutes time!.
What Thai dish would most impress you and make you think it was interesting and unique!?

my favorite thai is evil jungle curry with duck, which is non-coconut milk based and super spicy with TONS of basil!. If i could find some that is as good as this little thai place that closed down, i'd definitely gove you the grand prize!. but you'd also have to make the most fantastic basil rolls!Www@FoodAQ@Com
