They eat alot of soy , rice, fish and veggies !. Alot of their food is fat free and is very high in nutrients !. As for differences between Chinese and Japanese , probably the way they cook it !. Chinese use the Wok more than Japanese do!. And the best part is Japanese have SUSHI MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMWww@FoodAQ@Com

Difference!?

Japanese food is different because Japan is its own country, with its own culture!.!. same goes with all countries in asia!.

Japanese food tends to have alot of sea food, because its an Island surrounded by water!.!. But they do eat other meats as well!.

As for chinese food!.!. its different from japanese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

they eat mainly fish and other seafood like octopus and sea vegetables
mostly seasonal foods
tons of veg and fruit
they have worlds longest life expectancy
though lately many are moving to fast food and processed food so that might change
