Nobody cooks noodles better than the Chinese who has the most number of ways to cook it - (rice sticks, Chinese vermicelli are Chinese inventions as are the variety of wheat noodles) - in Cantonese, Sichuan, Fujian, Hakka, Shanghai styles!. Thai, Vietnamese dishes in particular are influenced by Chinese cuisine including Pad Thai or Pho!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
