Nobody cooks noodles better than the Chinese who has the most number of ways to cook it - (rice sticks, Chinese vermicelli are Chinese inventions as are the variety of wheat noodles) - in Cantonese, Sichuan, Fujian, Hakka, Shanghai styles!.
