How can you tell when Pad Thai Sauce has expired?!
I have this bottle of Pad Thai sauce in my fridge and I was wondering if there was a way if I could tell it was expired (besides looking at the expiration date, because there is no date on the bottle)!. Is there a way to tell by the way it smells, tastes, etc!.!.!.!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Salutations,
I imagine there is more then a bit of acidity in there, so open in the fridge for a week or two should be safe, though keep it capped so you don't pick up other flavors!. I think if it startes smelling sour or like ammonia chuck it!. cheersWww@FoodAQ@Com

mix it well then taste a little bit, would you want that in your food!?
If yes then put it into your food, if not then don't use it!.
If unsure!.!.!. well!.!.
If you don't trust your own taste then just ditch the bottle and don't buy it anymore as you couldn't tell the difference either way so what would the point be in eating such a thing!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
