How many calories are in a carne asada taco?!
Does any one have an idea!? I got them from the Taco Lady!? It had two corn tortillas and about a cup of carne asada!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If she made them the way I would make them - probably a lot!. If she marinated the meat in a citrusy kind of sauce, that might have sugar in it!. The carne asada meat can be pretty fatty!. I like mine with some fat and don't trim it off!. If it was grilled over coals, it may loose a little fat!. If it was roasted in an oven, it might have sat in it's own juices/fat!.
If she made her own tortillas she might have used a little or a lot of lard or other fat like oil or shortening!. I like a little lard but try not to use it very often because it's not good for you!. It it was store bought tortillas, most are made with vegetable based oils but might have a lot of salt in them!.
If you are worried about calories, these tacos probably aren't very calorie friendly - but I bet they were delicious! Maybe next time, make a big salad and put some of the meat on it with some salsa instead of dressing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it totally varies!.!.!.depending on what exactly was on/in it besides corn tortillas and the beef probably about 130-400Www@FoodAQ@Com
